Bruiden der Uiterwaarden depicts a scene of harmony, tranquility and admiration for nature, with birds that feel at ease in the trees and graceful and characterful wild branches intertwining together. This work is based on an original artistic photograph by Ella-Jenna Oosterglorenwoud, combined with the author's own digital painting, becoming an original mixed media work, materialised through Giclée fine art printing. This work fuses classical oriental artistic sentiments with Zen in mind, portraying a landscape of bonsai in a visual scene.
